City Tax ID / Practitioner ID – In order for a user to access the City of Columbus Income Tax Division E-File/E-Pay filing system they must have a valid City Tax ID or Practitioner ID plus a PIN.

PIN – The PIN will be a 6-digit number. The initial PIN to access the system will be provided by the City of Columbus Income Tax Division. First time users accessing the system will be required to create their own PIN and Hint question for future access.

The Continue Button will direct the user to either create a new Pin or the main menu page.
