Date Range – Selecting the radio button to view history using a date range allows the user to view all their returns on file within the selected range. For best results, date ranges should be entered by quarter periods ex: 01/01/2004 – 03/31/2004.

Confirmation Number – Selecting the radio button to view history using a confirmation number will only return that specific report.

Report Results – Report results will be display once the “Get Returns” button is engaged. If a report is located a high level of information will be provided. The confirmation number to the left will be linked to the detail report information.

	The Get Returns button once engaged will refresh the page and provide any results found.
	The Main Menu button will direct the user to the main menu.
