Payment Options – There are two payment methods to select from, one is to pay via ACH debit or E-Check. The second is to pay via Credit Card, which has a convenience fee charge. The convenience fee will be calculated automatically by the system.

	The Back Button will direct the user back to the form verification page.
	The Continue Button will direct the user to the Payment information screen.

Payment Information - If ACH Debit (E-Check) is selected, the payment information page will be presented and all required fields must be properly filled out. The required fields are, selecting either checking or savings, payment date, payment amount, first and last names, routing number and account number. The routing number will be validated against a central RTN database and the other fields will be processed according to application requirements. A check box is available, allowing the user to save the banking information for future payments. A check sample link is also available to help the user locate their routing or account number information.

	The Back Button will direct the user back to the payment options page.
	The Continue Button will direct the user to the Payment information verification screen.

Payment Confirmation – The ACH Debit confirmation page will display, the confirmation number, the date and time the payment was submitted and all pertinent payment information.

Credit Card Payment Information – If the Credit Card is selected as the payment method the payment information page for a credit card will be presented. All pertinent information must be entered and validated. The payment amount, credit card type, name on the credit card, billing address, credit card number, expiration month and year. The convenience fee will also be calculated, displayed and included in the total amount due. A check box is available, allowing the user to save the banking information for future payments.  

	The Back Button will direct the user back to the payment options page.
	The Continue Button will direct the user to the Credit Card Payment information verification screen.

Credit Card Confirmation – The Credit Card confirmation page will display, the confirmation number, the date and time the payment was submitted and all pertinent payment information. 

	The Exit Button will direct the user to the login page.
	The Print Button will allow the user to print the confirmation page into a text-formatted page.
	The Main Menu button will direct the user to the main menu.
