Enter User - Selected PIN –New user's will be required to create a new PIN for future system access. Pins must be 6-digits to pass validation.

Confirm User Selected PIN – The user must confirm the newly created PIN by re-entering it. If the confirm PIN does not match it will notify the user and require them to re-enter.

Hint Question - A set of hint questions will be displayed within a drop down box. One of the questions must be selected and answered.

Hint Answer – Once a hint question is selected, the user must provide an answer.  This will be used if a PIN is forgotten.

	The Exit Button will direct the user to the Login page.
	The Create New Pin Button will update the PIN information for future use and take the user to the Main Menu.
